About: As an 11 year old, I had a dream to be the youngest person to sail solo, non-stop and unassisted around the world. At age 16, I achieved my dream. As the current Young Australian of the Year, I feel very honoured to be associated with WFP, where I will help to fight the child hunger epidemic.
Why Feedback: Help us to help hungry school children. They too deserve a chance to dream

Why Feedback: Growing up in Jamaica we learned to share our resources. Sharing food from the same pot, we connected to each other on a basic human level. Although we did not have material wealth, we learned the values of sharing and community.
About: I am KC Concepcion. As WFP Philippines’ National Ambassador Against Hunger, I have traveled to conflict-affected Mindanao in my country, the Philippines, and to Uganda, Africa to advocate and raise awareness on the silent issue of hunger and malnutrition. xx
Why Feedback: Given the food security needs of internally displaced persons in conflict-affected areas of Mindanao, there is a need to address urgent humanitarian concerns. Together with the United Nations World Food Programme, I take initiative in prioritizing and attending to the hunger needs of the vulnerable people in the region.
About: I’m an actress, director, producer and proud WFP Ambassador Against Hunger since 2007 - after travelling to Kenya to meet kids getting an education with the help of WFP’s school meals programme.

About: Twice Olympic 10,000 metre silver medallist. World marathon record holder (2003-2007). WFP Ambassador Against Hunger since January 2004. At 8 years old, my life changed when I started receiving WFP meals at school in Kenya. Not only did the nutritious lunches give me the energy to concentrate in school, but also to run there and back.
Why Feedback: “It doesn’t matter how smart or talented you are, you’ll never be able to reach your potential if you don’t have enough to eat. I know that from experience.”
About: I’m a singer, songwriter, actress, mother and a UN Ambassador to the World Food Programme. I’ve traveled the world performing since I was young but saw nothing compared to what I saw in Haiti and Guatemala with WFP. The work I do with them is life changing. For the kids I met that were fed by the work we do, their lives are forever changed.
Why Feedback: No child should go hungry. Please join me to end world hunger.
